- Can I start on the free plan?
- Yes. The Free plan includes core inbox and CRM features with generous limits for small teams. No credit card required.
- What happens when I hit a limit?
- We’ll notify you in the dashboard. You can upgrade to a higher plan or reduce usage. Hard limits protect platform stability.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Owners can upgrade from Settings → Billing. Downgrades typically apply at the next renewal period.
- Do you offer annual billing or invoicing?
- Starter and Pro are billed monthly through Stripe in the dashboard. Annual billing ($290/yr Starter, $990/yr Pro — about two months free) is available on request via contact. Enterprise includes custom invoicing, SLAs, and unlimited usage.
